The Seven Elements is the new project of 7Elements Peru, the ONG born in the Oxapampa region, which has been active for a long time in the area to support the Yanesha indigenous community with social and training projects, which teach how to cultivate the land according to permaculture techniques which provide for an argroecological management without any type of pesticide, herbicide or unnatural fertilizers.

This Specialty Coffee is grown on the hill of Cipizu, in the namesake sector of the Tsachopen community by Miguel Berastegui, Hector "gringo" Bottger and Jesus Colina, three farmers who live and work on the hill with their families. This is a batch of Catimor, Catuy, Gran Colombia and Pacamara variety coffees grown in the shade of American Pine and American Cypress trees that are processed using the washed method and dried in solar dryers at the end of fermentation.

In the cup, Cipizù looks like a coffee with exceptional sweetness, balanced fruity acidity, good body and aromatic notes of almond, molasses and sugar cane juice.

When tasted in cupping according to the SCA protocol, this coffee scored 86 points.
